2021 UTV World Championship Racer Entry Refund Policy

REFUND SCHEDULE
Up Until Monday, October 4th @ Midnight PST
Entry fees are 100% refundable.
Beginning Tuesday, October 5th
Entry fees are 80% refundable.
On Monday, October 11th – Race Week
Entry fees are no longer refundable and no more refund requests will be accepted.
All new entries will be charged a $250 late registration fee.
*Please note all payment processing fees are non-refundable.
REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
1. Log in to your Off-Road Racer Profile.
2. In the upper right hand corner of your dashboard, your entry will be listed under “My Events”.
3. Click “Edit/Unregister”.
4. Click “Refund Team Entry”
5. Click “Yes, I’m sure” to submit a refund request. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
PAYMENT PLAN SCHEDULE
1st Payment (25% of entry fee) Upon registration
2nd Payment (25% of entry fee) Friday, August 6th, 2021
3rd Payment (50% of entry fee) Friday, September 17th, 2021
