2021 festivities begin with hundreds of participants hitting course for the first time this week

The 2021 UTV World Championship presented by Polaris kicked off on Wednesday with the return of the UTV World Championship Poker Run presented by RIGID Industries. The seventh annual Poker Run saw hundreds of UTVs come together in Lake Havasu City, Arizona for a 67.3-mile trek through the desert, with dozens of prizes on the line.

“There’s no better way to kick off UTV World Championship weekend than with the Poker Run presented by RIGID Industries,” said UTV World Championship CEO Matt Martelli. “It’s awesome to be able to bring the entire UTV community together with a fun day of trail riding before the racing begins. Thanks to our presenting sponsor, RIGID Industries, and all of the different partners who donated prizes to Poker Run entrants for their support!”

The UTV World Championship Poker Run presented by RIGID Industries debuted in 2015 and has run ever since as a way for the public and their UTVs to see the race course before Friday and Saturday’s race action. The first 50 registered participants received a RIGID Industries swag pack that included an RI-SERIES RI-1500 flashlight valued at $188.99 and a 50% promo code to use on any online purchase. The event winner will also receive a $1,000 gift certificate from RIGID.

Additional prizes for UTV World Championship Poker Run participants included contributions from Obor Tires, Rockford Fosgate, Pro Eagle, Losi, SeeDevil Lighting, Destination Hydration, SealSavers Inc., Pyrotech, Pedal Commander, Team Bolt-ons, Trinity Racing, Best Moto Sports, Go Fast Girls, Weddle, Renegade Products, and DRT Motorsports, as well as Dirt Co., The Mint 400, and the UTV World Championship itself. All prize winners will be announced at utvworldchampionship.com on Thursday morning.
